Update your firmware to DL13 from here http://lgodd.lge.com/fwdrv/DVD-WRITER/GSA4167DL13.exe , theres nothing here in the log that would indicate why allocation failed....personally the more I see of version 7.7.5.1 the less I like it, I will stick with version 7.5.9.0 for the present time. I would also suggest you run the Nero 6 clean tool to remove all traces of 6.3.1.4 http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/en/Clean_Tools.html
