Hello, I use Nero 6 a lot for backing up my movies and home movies. Lately and frequently, while backing up my movies, the burning process freezes at about 86% complete. It's a perfect "unfinished" backup. The way I get around this is to restart my computer and perform the same backup. After the restart it works just fine. I get 100% complete. I guess, my question is, why is this partial backup happening and how can I stop it from happening again? I am losing too many DVD's. Need your help. Thanks.
Post a log (Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt )of one of the failures. Edit out your serail number. Example 1C80-2068-8165-0000-5434-4835-****
