Need help with old modded maps on my xbox!

Hey you guys... and gals, I use Evox with my xbox so I can use FlashFXP and I have most of the new maps on my xbox that are modded, but now im starting to wonder about the old ones. I have heard you need to actually have a modded dash and DVD2Xbox I know all about those but if I did that how would I be able to get back on xbox live? Would I, or Would I not?

i don't think you would be on XBL for long...methinx you'd probably be banned.

but can someone please still help me and answer my question on if i could download the evox dash, with DVD2Xbox and, use the old halo maps on xbox live. Would i be banned from xbox live? (not halo 2 matchmaking) Xbox live, the service!

 

your account wouldn't be banned, but your xbox would.
