a friend of mine was askin me earlier today, she's been havin a problem with her email when she tried to insert names from her address book it doesnt do it. im not 100% sure of what email account she's using (i.e. ms outlook, hotmail, yahoo, aol, etc) but could this be a problem with a possible virus?spyware??trojan?? any help is appreciated
not sure yet im going to go and check it out in a couple of hours was trying to get info before i go, cuz ive never seen this problem before ddp, so i figured post it ans see if anybody else has had the same problem.... what does the ant-virus have to do with it, does it block it or something???

well i know that ddp.... i thought you meant that certain virus software would block this option.... as for those programs, i have all of them on a disc, those are my everyday tools... anyways no need to trip she was using web based email.... yahoo....and when i got there today it was working fine, it was just a glitch with the yahoo mail yesterday...... but as always man, thanks for your input...
