need help

    Hi all, just downloaded a game. It came up i had to download hjsplit.

    I've never downloaded any file like this. Usually iso files.

    the name of file has dnl-trodp.

    isn't a rar . Need to know how i can get this on a disc.

    Relly need anyones help.

    If this is in the wrong forum or not suppose to put this sort of stuff on here. I didn't know new to this.

    look up HJ Join and use that. The uploader is obviously not very good as no one does the files that way.

    i've already joined the file . Need to know how to put this kind of file to a disc.

    did you get one file, like an ISO image? (what you should get)
    If so just go to the "Xbox Backup" section of the forums and look at the bold threads at the top, they will tell you how to burn the image file with various programs.

    it's not a iso file. it's this dnl-trodp.

    there has to be an extension after that dot
    if it does not show it is because your folder is set up to hide known file extensions.
    you can chage that by doing this
    go to the hard drive it is on, go to the top toolbar and look under tools, then folder option, then go to the view tab. under hidden folders are a few options, one of which will say something about hiding known file extensions. Uncheck that box.

    done what u said. nothing comes up. i put the dot at the end .

    the file is this dnl-trodp , tried burning with alcohol 120. It loads in when i put a blank dvd in . it comes up insert disc.
