Need help

i dont know what went wrong last night, one of my box restarted automatically and since then no channels
no bad signal is showing on tv screen .....All you see on the box 4 lines where the numbers should be and the screen is a plain black screen. remote control doesn't respond to the box either can you the guy who send you new bin ... if any problem with the new bin ......i have new bin 1:44.

 

Sounds like a bad flash , check the system info and let sknow what version is installed

 

i can't check the system info b/c remote control doesn't respond ...

 

What kind of box is it?

Try this to get it back on:


on the front of stb hold the power and the up arrow key at the same time scroll nvram and click on it with the remote this will reset the box and now reset your original settings and autoscan

 

Bill i have try to same thing you asked me to do but No luck....
