i am new to this and sorry for my limited knowledge, i inadvertently deleted nimiq 1,3 about 2 days ago from my sat list (i have viewsat ultra 2000) , i have just installed the new fix for bev and it's working again but i am unable to view the information (ie. what's playing on different channels) when i press guide on remote. would appreciate any help. thanks

 

Usually that happens when you scan the wrong satellite.
Make sure you are scanning the exact satellite you are aimed at.

I use BEV 91w, and I can scan Echostar 110w and get the channel but no guide info.

 

Thanks Breck, I am aimed at Bev 91w (ie nimiq 1,3). I used to get the guide infos before bev went down, but now unable to after I deleted nimiq 1,3. Tried to scan again for nimiq 1,3 but it doesn't scan the tv channels. I have to change the sat to "all satellites" , I can see the channel #s but no guide infos. Not sure what to do next.

 

Breck ,i am starting to figure out a lot of stuff,,even loadig bin files from computer to coolsat 6000,,WHAT,,lol,,any way i wander i have COOLSAT 6000 PREMIUM,,im using a DISH 500 DISH,with the the dual LNBs,,pointing at 110,,and 119,,what is the difference of BEV,,,can i use the codes on my coolsat
,,or,,DISH PID 0106 is there a difference,,,ALSO at WWW.FTA shows new bins for VIEWSAT and SONIC if that may help some one

I think it would be best to wait until the new bin comes out and you try it then. No point trying to spend hours or days on, only to have a new bin wipe out all your efforts. A new bin may clear alot of that up for you.

my bev for viewsat ultra does not wook is it back yet tried to download new bin fron dsscentral.net but page make's error 404 is there a nother place i can download....please help there a storm outside stuck inside no t.v going crazy.....

and lets be patient but true cames out more soon that u think. so

I think we explained this to you before. Keys will not help you at this time. Everyone is waiting for Coolsat to release the new bin files. You can load bin 155 and get the regular channels but not the PPV channels.
