All bins are different for each unit.
7100 is also out the same time as the 6100.

Coolsat released 6100, 7000 & 7100 early this morning.

I have added them and all the Viewsat bins on the toolbar for download:

Just look under LINKS>BIN FILES>COOLSAT>7100 and you will find latest bin, factory bin, and loader for download.

The Viewsat files are working but be advised there is an auto roll delay of about 30 seconds when ever you change channels. So don't think it isn't working, just wait a few minutes. I don't know if just the Viewsats are doing this or if this is another across the board type glitch. Too soon to tell.

I am using windows vista

 

The diseqc switch setting should not have anything to do with the com ports so I guess save to NONE. I don't use Vista so I don't know what type of problems Vista may cause with the loader.

hey breck, was just wondering if the receiver thing in the dish could be screwing up when i try to add channels because when i scan channels it wont add any. Also could the problem be that as someone said earlier there is a autoroll delay and that the computer thinks that channels arent working so if doesnt add them? Im srry i keep asking but it is really getting frustrating without tv for over a month now.

 

I don't know what you are using. I don't see any other posts by you describing the problem. Even if it is a bin that doesn't work, when you scan, it will pick up all available channels but just show Scrambled Channel message. If your not getting anything, confirm you have good quality and signal.

All good things come in time.
When changing channels, you may get Scrambled Channel message. It takes 20 secs to go away. Don't panic. Let it be and the picture will come back. It's just a glitch we can live with. It was reported to be a BEV issue, but apparently some receivers on DN have the same issue.

I have a cs5k and I'm trying to help set up a cs7100. The bin loader is different and we can't figure it out. Any tips anyone?.....thanks
