I noticed there are 2 bins for the VS Pro. It was noted that one is for new gui and one for old. How can I tell the difference between the two gui? Is there a ver.# or something to distinguish them?

So which brand would some one recommend? I have coolsat 6000 and if they are going to just quit when the receivers get old then I don't want to buy from them again. I haven't even had my a year yet. Are the other brands easy to get started with? Thanks everyone for all the support and information.

If the support for 4/5/6 is truly gone than who really cares.

I was just on MSN with a supplier, and the word is that CaptiveWorks is looking to buy out Coolsat. This isn't official, but guess it can be looked at like another rumour. That still won't change much on the update end of it. Unless Captiveworks gives the job to their own coders, still doesn't tell if 4,5,6 support will be there or not.
