    YOu mean it can't be unlocked at all manually? Or that only a XE Mobile center can unlock?

    It can be unlocked using equipment but XE will never provide the code for it. This is what I meant by directly unlocking. This costs about $20.00 to $50.00 depending on who you choose. You will need to call your local privately owned mobile phone or electronics shop and ask if they do this type of work.
