need of help

    hi i got a digivox which automatically updates itself but somebody(girlfriend) somehow ws messin wit it and went 4 the factory settings and now i cant get all my pgms back just a few.i`ve got good signal ,tried to mess wit all d settings but no luck + installed automatically and manualy.

    So if anybody cud help me wud appreciate.
