Need Reinstall?

    My computer is getting in a need of a reinstall. But its an HP and, when i went to go get the disc it did not come with a reinstall disc for Windows Media Center. Does anyone know if i can get new cds from like windows or something, and if so give me a link. because i have the code but no cd!! Comp really lagging no reinstall since bought, and i have so much crap on it. Needs a new install.

    dont mean reformatting it? did it come with a disk for reformatting?

    does it come up in the post screen to press f12 or something like that to do a system recovery?
