    Hi,

I'm generating an Xvid using AutoGK. For a movie like Kill Bill 2. where there are subtitles in a few minutes of the movie, do I need to include the English Subtitles when I generate the XVID? I don't want there to be subtitles throughout the whole movie, but just during the portions where English is not spoken.

    Thanks for any help.

No. If they have been encoded in the video you can only cut a part of the screen (e.g. if ther stay below on a 16:9 movie in the black part of the screen). In this way, cutting the vide will make (e.g.) TMPGenc to fill the screen by black. If the subtitles is in the center the video you cannot delete them...
