    Hi,
Ok i know this thread has been seen all over the place again and again, but none of the ways seem to solve my problem. I have a divx (letterbox or widscreen) which i want to burn on VCD. I use TMPGEnc to change my divx to mpg (Mpeg1). I also extract the wave file first, so that sound is good and always in synch.
Heres the problem. I have a movie resoloution 720x272 pixels, and when burnt plays at a 4:3 aspect ratio. I have tried changing the video arrange method to a custom size, say 448x224. After conversion the movie plays, but no longer in full screen. It plays the movie smaller than i need, not filling the screen any longer.
Been through hella cdr's and time, and im getting mad. If anyone could please suggest a simple way to burn widescreen VCD's that play as widescreen and not 4:3 ratio, that works , please let me know ASAP.

    Thanks...

in TMPGEnc, click setting - advanced. Chance Video Arrange Method to "Full Screen (Keep Aspect Ratio)".
