need to sqeeze video from 350mb to 150mb.

    i need to sqeeze video from 350mb to 150mb.
    can anybody help?

    Re-encode to approx 43% the original bitrate. You probably also want to resize down, although it isn't a required step.

    can you tell me a program i can use?
    the ones i have all get the sound all out of sync

    You never mentioned the input video format. At a guess I would be going with an avi with VBR mp3 audio. So try VirtualDubMod or mencoder.
