hi guys, i have a file that i need to remove but i cant. i was downloading a video (torrent) and i got a error half way through. i then went to the directory where it was saved to delete it (my documents) but it will not let me delete it. when i try to delete it my computer freezes. afterwards i can no longer get back in to my documents unless i restart the computer, otherwise i just get a blank white screen and it freezes again. i ran AVG but it did not detect the file. Is there any way i can delete this file from my documents, its just sitting there and it wont let me delete it. is there a program out there that i can use to delete this file? any help would be greatly appreciated.

    thanks in advance

try using command prompt to delete.
or you can try a program called 'unlocker'. it lets you delete most files which you cant delete

Try deleting the file in safe mode.

Okay, well there's a program called KillBox that should be able to take care of it for you. You can get it from KillBox.net.

If it can't in normal mode, also try it in safe mode.
