Hey, I am having a serious problem rying to install this program. It is a license software. I previuosly used Nero 5. I have uninstalled the old program and still get the same error message: Error;6 (Handle is Invalid) Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi there: Back in November I received some great advice from flip218 (moderator). I have copied it here for you. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/128248 (the stuff below is from flip218 - hope it helps). Things to try/do: 1) Make sure your burner's firmware is up to date. Best place to check for updated firmware is the manufactures website. 2) Uninstall Nero completely. Even use Nero's cleaning tools. http://nero.com/us/Clean_Tools.html 3) With Nero completely removed, try to backup using just DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter.
