Nero 7.9.6.0 is it worthwhile to install?

7.5.9.0 is still a better version?

Sorry I cant help you here, I'm still using 7.5.9.0

 

I installed it and am still having a problem with it in Vista. Whenever you click on the icon for StartSmart it knocks off the Vista Areo desktop and makes it a standard desktop. I really can't understand why they cannot get it right??

It doesn't even install on Windows XP.
It starts to build the Windows Install then complains it can't find a proper Nero.msi and expects you to go find it.
Of course, it doesn't exist, so your only choice is to abort.

Has anybody got this to install on XP?

By any chance are you having any of the audio sync problems with
7.5.9.0? I read that users were having success with that version.
