Nero 7 and Vista Aero

I have been messing with Nero 7 Ultra and Vista for 8 days now. All that would appear was the frame of the StartSmart application, but nothing in the center. It was as though it was hollow. After repeated attempts to get some help from tech support I decided this morning to contact sales and get a credit.

While sitting there thinking about the problem it dawned on me that I had the AERO interface turned on and could it possibly have something to do with that???? I turned it off, and you guessed it...it works!!!

So now my question is what do I have to do do get it to work with the Aero interface?

It has to do with the DPI setting of the screen. Right click on the desktop and select Personalize.

Right side of window says "Adjust Font Size (DPI)"
Make sure it says Default size (96DPI).

Got this from Nero this morning, so they already know the problem.

 

Thank you very much....That's the problem. Now all we have to do is wait for the fix??
