Well, I fianlly got it to update..took me 20 hours, not kidding..as I am on dial up. But anyway it downloaded some things that I didn't have with the oem version that I had purchased recently with my new dvd/cd burner. Now what my question is...how to obtain the full version serial number..as the one I had was for oem and it won't let the wave editor and soundtrax work on the updated version. So I went to Nero and could not find where to purchase that. Can anyone help me??? Thanks for any help. )

I went back to the Nero site and went to where it was mentioned that I might find how to purchase the license number. But that only showed if I was wanting to upgrade to 8. Then I followed the link for afterdawn and it took me to where I could purchase Nero 8. But I didn't see any place as to where I could purchase a license number.

Well, I tried to go to some of the links on the side of that page that listed various Nero 7 programs and all the links I tried took me to Nero 8 page. Why? Aren't we able to purchase some of the older programs from you folks??
If you purchase the 8 version, then it is my understanding you can revert to the Nero 7 version of your choice...by doing it that way you can, when Nero gets a "stable" version of 8, you can then switch to it.
