I have just downloaded Nero 7 and when I try to burn a DVD I am asked to download the patent activation. When I select "Download" I get an error that "it is necessary to connect to the Internet. We could not establish a connection to the Nero web site. If you are using a firewall please ensure that Nero's activation is allowed to pass your firewall". I have disabled my firewall of my wireless network. I have a laptop with Windows XP SP2. Any suggestions. I have tried to get a response from Nero, but with no luck.

Thanks for your help, this solved my problem. Too bad that Nero is not as responsive to their customers.
