Nero 7 problem with Vista

    I purchased a new desktop running Windows Vista but when I tried to install Nero 7 Ultra Edition using the installation CD I always get an error saying there's a conflict and it won't install. Does that mean I have to upgrade to Nero 8? Can anyone help me?

    Just try downloading the lastest update from Nero and install that with your serial from the one you purchased.
