Nero 7 ultra help needed

    When I install the program the next time I reboot I lose my internet, external HD, and sound card. Usually takes 2-3 days before I can use it and only after I reformat and reinstall xp. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I would love to start buring again!!!!!
