I have tried to burn video files from hard drive and I keep getting image recorder dvd and cannot choose the dvd combo from the current recorder box.I have the dvd combo set as master in my bios,but I and still having problems trying to burn any dvd's. I can copy data or burn data files, it will let me choose what burner to use for this but will not let me choose my combo dvd & cd writer to burn my dvd's. Can anyone help me with this matter please.Thank You
Hi stillme If it's a combo drive it's more than likely just a dvd reader and cd reader/writer. Won't burn dvd's which is why you only get the image recorder option. When you burn data/copy files are you burning them to a cd or a dvd on this pc?
