Nero cannot see my External DVD Drive

    Normally, if you go to Control Panel, Device Manager, CD/.............. it will show the model number.

    or look at the label on the bottom of the drive if label is there.

    All sorted, new drive and its burning away. Was my own stupid fault for thinking the first drive was a burning drive. Thanks everyone for your help and sorry for wasting your time.
