Not sure on Scout - I have it disabled and haven't really read much about it except it's a resource hog. It indexes your files. InCD the little bit I know is it's packet writing software - the driver for it can sometimes cause problems with some other burning apps even Nero apps. I don't have that installed either - I have no real need for it. Hopefully your friend at Nero will get back to you. Keep us posted too! edit: spelling
