nero customer support

    Does anyone know how to get hold of this company. I bought an online serail number a week ago and it has never been emailed to me. They have already charged my credit card. I have sent probably ten emails to the ones they list on their web page, not one reply. Can anyone help? I like the program would like to continue using it. Thanks
