nero error - illegal disk - please help

    I have DELL Inspiron 6000 and have a new NEC nd-6500a dvd/cd burner. I am using Nero 6.6.0.18 for software. I was able to burn CD discs on this till yesterday.

    I tried burning data dvd gor first time and was unable to do so. Then i tried to burn data cd which also was showing error.

    I have pasted below the text log of the error message. I have used MoserBaer DVD-R discs/Sony CD-R discs.


    Please help me with my issue.

    Hello.

    The biggest problem might be the Moser Baer media. It's not high in quality. I'd try some Verbatim, Made in Japan Sony, or Taiyo Yuden.


    I think the 103D firmware is the newest for this laptop burner. Here's the link to the Dell firmware page for that laptop burner and the newest firmware:
