Part of your error message says: 20:35:09 #21 CDR -1196 File ThreadedTransferInterface.cpp, Line 1614 Disc not present - tray open BTW, what media are you using and is the writer usb or internal? Also how have you got these(below from your error message)set up? === CDRom-Device-Map === TOSHIBA DVD-ROM SD-M1502 D: CDRom0 DVDRW IDE1008 E: CDRom1 AXV CD/DVD-ROM H: CDRom2 =======================
Hi. I am using an internal drive and I have tried using verbatim and memorex dvd+r and dvd-r media. When i start to burn the disk the is a time when nothing happens. Then the disk is ejected and the error message "the tray is open and disk not present" appears. I have looked at the setup part of the log file and it is the same configuration as iam using. Thanks for your help.
Determine maximum speed : FALSE Simulate : FALSE Disc Size: 120 mm, Maximum Rate: <not specified> (F h) From what I read, Nero was able to read the disc before the problem occurred. May be you can try set the above two setting to 'true', and see what happens.
