Nero freezing up

    I have been trying to burn a DVD using nero. I have completed several movies successfully, but all of a sudden nero freezes up on me as soon as the burn process starts. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but have had no success. It seem to only be a problem when i burn a "DVD-Video"

    I just had this problem too. from what i read Nero isnt good for burning DVDs. im going to try RecordNow DX that came with my burner, you should be able to find RecordNow Max somewhere on the internet or p2p

    Nero isn't the problem & if it was ...just update on thier site ;

    I've burnt near on a 100 now & after having the problem you describe but uninstalling (completely) & reinstalling everything went back to being as good as it ever was.

    As always , just my opinion

    There are a lot of folks that use RecordNow but if you look around the forums you'll see just as many having problems with that.

    Trial & Error...then preference
