Nero install problem

    I bought a new DVD/CD burner and it came iwth Nero 6.3.1.17. When I try to install it I get a message that it cannot find the file nerovision\gcfx-fin.nls and ends. I have two install CD's because we bought two for our computers and both do the same thing. Any help? Thanks

    Go to the nero website & get all of the updates. Hopefully this should solve your problem.

    In fact, could you not download the trial version & install your version on top of it. Hopefully the prog will pick up the missing file.

    Thanks will try that. What is confusing me is it worked on another PC
