Nero Messing up good new blank dvd rws how to correct this

i use nero 7 ultra but recently its acts like it s making a good copy of a dvd via dvd shrink when i try playback on my computer it is blank and than i find the dvd can't be reerased how can this be fixed and also can these discs ever be erased to be reused any help i get i will be very happy

As stated your reference to a "bootleg" version of Nero will gain you no assistance, I suggest you remove the statement before the mods act upon it.
Piracy or linking to piracy at this site is a real no no.

 

how do i remove it the statement i have no clue how to do that

 

At the top right side of your post click on the pen and paper icon, edit your post and click Save Changes.
