   How do I install this plugin once I have it? Ie. where do I copy it to?

   You should install it directly in the Nero Folder.. Something like this C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero

   Actually the mpeg-2 plugin comes as a simple install! its the audio plugins that have to manually be added! Well thats the way it has been for a long time anyway unless it has changed!
