It might depend on which parts you actually install. The only Nero 7 versions that are supposed to be compatible with Vista are the latest and 7.5.9.0. They will install normally, although some folks were having problems even with them. A lite version might work, since some folks were using a version of Nero 6 lite. These comments are for the 32 bit version only as I have no experience with the 64 bit version.
