Hi- i try to burn a compilation and it doesnt work. I go to Nero burning rom and it says Nero.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. i ve tried everything to fix it and it doesnt work. does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?
Hello. Bad install or conflicting apps for sure... Re-install it but run Clean-tool after uninstalling, restart then re-install again.
You don't happen to have roxio installed do you? My computer did the exact same thing when I had Roxio installed.

Is there a guide to doing this clean tool as it keeps coming up with invalid installation path when i click the cd with the setup on it.
Just point the tool to the directory where Nero is/was installed on your computer. It will do the rest.
