Nero Recode 2 - DVD Plug In

    i have downloaded the net version of nero 6 ultra edition, but when i try to open certain programs (eg. nero recode 2) it comes up asking me to purchase the "dvd plug in"...

    whats the go here? i have the proper version of ultra so why didnt i get recode 2 or the plug in....

    can anybody help me? does anyone know of a site to download the plugin or sumthing?

    Send an email to nero with your original serial number as proof of purchase ; they will send you back another serial number for the plugin FREE IF your original serial number is "good" of course.
