Nero Runtime Error

When trying to burn a Video CD, I get "RUNTIME ERROR" and abnormal termination.

I took my pc to the place I bought it and they are clueless as to why. How do I fix this so I can burn these again?

 

Hi, post the last section of your Nero log that begins with your name/program serial number, omitting both before you post. The log is named NeroHistory and is located in the following path:

Program Files -> Ahead -> Nero -> NeroHistory

Also if you have Nero's InCD installed, uninstall it and go to the following link and download and run the InCD Clean Tool.

I already changed the last log. Sorry! I wish i had it for you. I keep trying to download the incd clean tool but when I click the link (not your link but the one it refers to) it says "Page not found." Why would it do that? Thank you.

 

AS laddyboy suggested, uninstall Nero and then insatll and run Nero clean tool, then you should re install Nero WITHOUT inCD.
