i currently have version 7.0.8.2 of nero 7. i actually had a more up to date one but had problems with sync and read on this forum that the 7.0.8.2 version was more stable so i downloaded the older version and input my key and it was fine even though it still shows on my system as the trial it is actually fully active. it has worked fine for absolutely ages but today it wont start. when i look in task manager it is there. at first there were loads in there as i had been trying to bring new ones up each time. if i go to all programs i can start the individual burning ROM etc but startsmart doesn't come up at all so i can't even get my existing key from there(i didn't write it down) as i would try uninstalling and reinstalling but i would lose the key. any ideas either what the problem is or how to get my key so i can try the reinstall? cheers
