hello new here i have nero express 6 when i try and burn a movie AVI file to a dvd a error message comes up unable to transcode i don`t know if i sould say this but i downloaded nero from a site i think it is a free one please dont get me wrong but i have tred to buy nero in the shops i cannot belive you cannot buy in shops why? dixons no pc world no so were are i`m suppose to buy it from ? i will not buy from the net and give my card details thank you paul
Hello. Dixons don't surprise me but PC World don't have it? Strange... Download Nero from their page... It's safe enough... Anyway... Could you post a burn log off your last attempt here please? I'll have a look at that and see what might be causing the problem...
thank you permiggs but i haven`t a clue !!!!!!!!!!! thats all i know i`m using nero ultra and the transcode error was at least 6 or 8 numbers long thank you for your help paul
It's cool mate, not everyone knows where to find the logs... You said you have Nero 6, so here's the history log location: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt
