Nero Vision 4 DVD burning problem

    Hey everyone,

    I have had Nero Vision 4 for a little over a month now. I created a DVD on Nero with 14 chapters then when I go to burn it, it shuts off after chapter 1 before it ever gets to burning the disk. This also happens when trying to save to the Image Recorder so it doesn't have anything to do with the disk burner. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to correct it? I wrote to Nero's support well over a week ago and have yet to get a response.

    Any advice would be much appreciated.

    What version of Nero are you using? If you're not using the latest - 7.10.1.0 - give that one a go. link

    Is this the only time you have a problem w/ Vision when having a lot of chapters?
