Your burner's firmware is a few versions behind (1.22). You should update to version 1.41 http://flashman.rpc1.org/Firmware/PIONEER/DVR-110/DVR-110/DVR110_FW141EU.EXE Keeping the firmware updated makes the burner compatible with the discs. Your burn seems it failed because the burner did not loke those discs: CANNOT READ MEDIUM - INCOMPATIBLE FORMAT Also the discs that you are using: I am not really confident about those. I think Office Max had also CD-Rs on sale (I know they have DVD+R) Get better discs, get some Verbatim, Sony.Also try burning @X24. First thing you need to do however is update your firmware.
