i can't erase nero burn after an error during the instalation. this error appear when i try uninstall nero burn using control panel. Internal Error Custom Action DLL crashed on last call in function 'NeroAg_UnregisterComEx". The Installer must now exit. Crash Thread ID 5096 Crash Thread ID 5700
I don't know the best answer to your question, but you might use the pasted info and see if you can find the gadget and delete. I have no idea how this might effect your system, so be careful. You might do a registry search prior to deleting it to see if the file is referenced there.
