Hi, guys. I just got a new sony 800 recordable dvd player and can't copy any dvd files from my hard drive. after I installed a belkin 3 port firewire. Nero and clonedvd get to about 6% and 2% respectively and just stop. No errors at all. I've attached my log file below. Any help is appreciated. I've tried switching ports to no avail. @LeeBKing - - your burner's firmware is out of date - http://sony.storagesupport.com/dvdrw/firmware.htm#800 hence media/newer media/burn speeds aren't correctly detected by your burner - that's not right. See if this fixes it - http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/FAQ.htm. if not, then looks like motherboard drivers need reinstalling - see that last line, your media isn't being recognised correctly. install latest firmware as mentioned above - install latest firmware as mentioned above - slow it down to 4x for now
