I just bought a Dell Inspiron laptop with a Philips DVD+RW (not yet sure if also +R) pre-installed. It is recognized in the control panel but Nero can't find it. When I go to the Choose Recorder tab in one of the menus, only the image recorder shows up. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Try and use 5.5.10.35 if you can. I would recommend a switch to Record Now Max 4.50 though. Well pleased with it thanks to BaaBaa!

Even though they are pretty much with all newest nero versions, try downloading the aspi drivers from nero.com!
