I use nerovision to convert analog composite video to the harddisk. The movie is detected and well display on the small screen and the sound also.

However, when I try to record (the redbutton is allowed). Nero just answer that there is no signal detected and it cannot recorded. It is crazy as nero is able to read and display the film directly.

I am using a terratec Hybrid XS card. When I try to record the DBV-T , it is OK, but when I try analog, always got the same problem.

I tried with a trial of pinnacle studio, and it works perfectly.

Is it a known problem? Any help?

All I can think of is that Pinnacle ignores Macrovision and Nero doesn't.What is the source of the (analog) video.Tape?
