@JenniferL - your logfile is incomplete (good job sometimes as these things go on forever however got a couple things that might help for now - - many, many of these errors. Try this 'transcoding' patch for this problem - " http://ww2.nero.com/us/NVE3_patch.html " - your burner's firmware 'might' be out of dte. Latest version BD10 is here - http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=1978 see if that helps but fear we will need a complete log afterwards...
Thank you for your help..the firmware update DID THE TRICK! My computer is only 2 months old, but Dell came out with a DVD firmware update about 2 weeks after I received my pc...and the DVD drive firmware flash solved my problem. Thank you so much for your help!
