NES Roms on the M3 DS Simply

I've searched the threads here and I have heard that you can play them with the Simply then i also read its impossible or it doesnt exist yet? Which one is it? What program do you use. Thanks in advance.

 

i think it just has to be .nds

 

you cannot play nes ROMs on the Simply directly, however you can get an NES emulator like nesDS or nesterDS and run that, and then load the NES roms from within the emulator

 

Google "nesDS" and you will find the emulator (I believe it has instructions in the download package). It works pretty well and my favorite feature is that you can use the L and R buttons as Fast Forward and Rewind buttons. You can literally Rewind the game. It kicks butt!

 

Yes I found nesDS on my own and i finally got it to work. It took me a couple of hours.
