this is my first post for help here and i hope someone can help me. even a little bit. anyway, i bought a netgear 108 mbps wireless firewall router with 4-port 10/100 mbps switch. i guess its model WGT624. and some might frown on this but, i bought it from a goodwill store for $6.99. the trouble is, it didnt have its "resource cd". but i got it connected, and it wont let me go online. i followed the instructions 100%. my cable modem goes into the router, then i have port 1-4 free. i even called netgear and they told me that. "because i bought it used and the serial number is "regestered" to someone else and i have no clue at all who had it before me. they cant help me. so im hopeing big time that i dont need netgears help with this. thanx everyone at afterdawn.
