netlimiter

    My version of netlimiter keeps on acting up one me.
    Well Ive always had problems with it and now i think its time to get rid of it for good.
    Does anyone know of any programs that are similar to netlimiter that i can use.
    something that controls you D/L and U/L speeds.

    any help would be appreciated
