Network for Nokia 6010

I have the Nokia 6010. The phone is new but I wan't to use with my Cingular service. To unlock it I need the service provider and country, but do not do it. The current service is from a third party that is not the LD carrier. They won't tell me who the LD carrier is. How can I find out the provider? Can I unlock it without this info? My IMEI is: 010418007817457.

It's a USA phone locked to AT&T or Cincinnati bell

 

The seller of the phone was Tuyo. Has anyone heard of them. Can this phone be unlocked?

Someone has entered too many wrong codes before you
came to us. You only get 3 to 5 tries.
If you enter the same code two times, that is two tries.

Your phone is hard-locked.
You will need to take it to a phone shop that has the
equipment to unlock it.
